If any defect or malfunction occurs within 2 years of purchase, please contact Amazon Customer Service.
Did you buy your device less than 2 years ago?
Please contact the store where you made your purchase within 2 years of purchase for a warranty replacement. Your Bestron device can be replaced if the defect is covered by the warranty.
Did you buy your device more than 2 years ago?
- If your Bestron device is between 2 and 5 years old, please contact us at service@bestron.com
- Never send anything to us (unsolicited). The package will be refused, and you will have to bear the costs.
